Role Description:

- Attends and participates in regular board meetings (in-person or virtual)
- Commit to a minimum donation goal of $500 (can be personal donation or funds raised during the fiscal year)
- Actively participate in an organizational committee, expected 10 hours per month
- Participate in-person at Host Publications events including, but not limited to, I Scream Social, tabling opportunities at market and festivals, book launches, and fundraising events

- Previous board experience recommended, not required
- Proximity to Austin is preferred, not required
- Interest in committee work (finance, sponsorship, programs and development, tabling events, and/or fundraising)
- Dedication to the arts, the artists who create, and community that supports them
- An affinity for literature, the arts, artists, and its community
- Passionate about the mission of Host Publications
